Do you travel out of town?
Yes, we provide services to the surrounding areas, including Durham Region, the GTA, Peel Region, Simcoe Region, and Halton. Please note, an additional travel fee applies to all services outside of Peel Region. For areas outside city limits, travel time is billed at our standard hourly rate, one way.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedules accordingly.
Is there an additional charge if I have a pet?
We welcome your pets as part of the family! If you need thorough pet hair removal, this service is available for a modest additional fee.
Is there a travel fee?
A travel fee may apply depending on your location. If you are more than 50 kilometers from our base in Brampton, a small fee may be added to your bill. However, this fee may vary based on the availability of our cleaners in your area, and in some cases, no fee may be required.
Is the base quote the final price?
The base quote provided is an estimate based on the information you share with us. The final price will be determined and invoiced on the day of your initial deep clean, reflecting the actual scope of work required.
